Cancellation and Refund Policy : No cancellations & Refunds are entertained.

 

Shipping and Delivery Policy : Shipping is not applicable for our business. (Because we provide only digital services) We deliver Digital Services on the promised time ( which is always written in the Agreement) to the Clients.

 

Pricing Policy :

1. Service Rates: Our pricing for social media marketing services is determined based on the scope of work required, including but not limited to content creation, ad management, analytics reporting, and client consultations.

2. Customized Quotes: Each client will receive a customized quote tailored to their specific needs and objectives. This quote will outline the services to be provided, the associated costs, and any terms or conditions applicable to the engagement.

3. Payment Terms: Payment terms will be detailed in the client agreement and may include options such as upfront deposits, milestone payments, or recurring billing cycles. Payments are typically due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified.

4. Fee Adjustments: Prices are subject to adjustment based on changes in project scope, additional services requested by the client, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any adjustments will be communicated and agreed upon by both parties before implementation.

5. Taxes and Fees: All prices quoted are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added to the final invoice as required by law. Additionally, any third-party fees incurred in the course of providing services will be passed on to the client.

6. Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds and cancellation policies will be outlined in the client agreement and sometimes may vary depending on the nature of the services provided. Clients are encouraged to review these policies carefully before engaging our services.

7. Price Transparency: We are committed to transparency in our pricing and will provide clients with clear explanations of how costs are calculated and any factors that may impact pricing.

8. Confidentiality: All pricing information shared between the agency and the client will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

By engaging our services, clients agree to abide by the terms of this pricing policy as well as any other terms and conditions outlined in their client agreement.
